i gotta say even being on the recieving end of the mass sarcasm this thread is great hahaha.

stoveman: i was gonna give out cornbread spread with sour cream but aparently there was some complaints in the competition a previous year and it was against the rules to serve anything with it to keep the competition fair.

well we allready have the yorkie competition, would it not be possible to organise something like this? would be fun, trained chefs judged by the public for charity and bragging rights? and this would be the perfect place to organise it i think.

still struggeling to write the recipe though, cant work out quantities of the ingredients as most of what i did i didnt write down or know exact ammounts for.

chunky monkey, how is the job front going?

I see Hotel Endsleigh are advertising for a commis chef on the forum, I virtually set up a stage for you there & you did do foook all about it. All you had to do was fone the GM or the Head chef & you couldnt be @rsed to do that. You could’ve had that job in the bag, nice gaff 3 rosettes & red stars. Great start on your CV.

Stop fannying around with if’s but’s & maybe’s get your sh1t together & get out there & stop sponging off the state/parents, and just maybe you’d be taken more seriously on here rather than a figure of fun.

Rant over, for now

Yeah seriously mate, all jokes a side, I’m sure someone on here can sort you out a job….........but you have to get off your arse to do it.

There are no excuses…........a commis job is the easiest to find, but it aint gonna come to you is it.
