but yea fantastic dish and of course he is scottish so i would expect nothing less LOL

Chuckled to hear that Alan always trys to improve his dishes 1 or 2%..............he wants to go and speak to Simon Cowel, I’ve heard him saying things have improved by 1million% before.

Excellent video Chef1, Alan really comes across as a highly technical,passionate and inspirational chef.Would love to see him do some documentary style stuff.

Think he has a great way of getting info across to people.
