Young mudrobe is doing a stage with me this week

Hopefully it’s the oppertunity he needs to get on with his career finally.

How long does it take some one to get started ?  must be his fitness regime he’s doing that’s holding him-back
                             

Murdrobe finished his 7 day stage with us yesterday.

Hopefully he had a good insight into our kitchen, seems like he enjoyed it and would be welcome back.
Maybe he didnt enjoy saturday night doing the pass with me, as i was going bonkers at a few members of staff..lol

He had lunch in the restaurant today before leaving, i threw in a few freebie course’s to surprise him.

Really nice lad, a little quiet at times, but intregrated well with our team, he had no problems at all
Hopefully this will be the kick start his career needs.
He has a great enthusiam for food and will do very well in the right establishment under the correct guidance from senior chefs.

Ps Thanks for the homemade liquors Murdrobe..me and the lads had a little taste after service today, very tasty.

no problem at all m8, really enjoyed myself. the lunch was nice. took home a few pastry recipes from romain too . i enjoyed the work on the pass, just felt a little in the way at times. thanks for your time and hopefully the reference will do some good towards getting me that full time job i want.
