Seen one hell of a dessert image in the gallery and cannot find it again

It was blackberry? sorbet, with dots of coulis, looked like little fritters of biscuit

Chef1 commented on the image saying it should be a certain amount of rosette standard?

Cheff99 put up a cracking picture of a blackberry desset, i think

JB did one also, someone thought the blackberries where photoshopped, another said it was in 3D

Ill see if i can find them
