I think its a nice balanced menu

I take it you have the market for that price and with it being a Sunday this year or are you running it all weekend

where is it you work then

trying to put together a menu just now but Ime a bit wary with it being a Sunday

we are running our package over the weekend with the main dinner, on the saturday, i shall post a menu tommorrow,

nice menu wechef thank christ there is no asparagus, strawberries etc on the menu

We are just running this menu on the Friday and Saturday Night, we are shut the sunday,

It is Ushers at Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh

can you imagine the poor fecker that would have to cater for a room full of chefs !!!!!!!

Anyway Ime closed too normally on a Sunday but am thinking about opening for Valentines

we need the cash for sure and I will get the missus into work too see she will be happy too
