he s the cook at some youth hostel i believe   that was a joke its shaun rankin i believe who will be on it . 2 great chefs representing the south west and actually cooking there

aiden byrne is up against nigel haworth for the north west heat.may the best man win.

After winning and reading his book, it’s a no brainer for me.

I have his book also.It should be pretty one sided.Can’t wait for it to begin.Will try to find out when it is televised.

I now know that some of the filming has already taken place, and the show should be broadcast at the end of april.
As you can gather I’m a big fan of Aidens food, thats not to take away anything away from Nigel,a really nice guy who
is a top notch chef and a very successful businessman.As I’ve said may the best man win.
One thing is certain this show has caught the attention of the viewing public big time

tom kitchin is back in for the Scots, he was out filming in December with my “pig man” Jim ironside, so his outside stuff has been filmed already,
