he s the cook at some youth hostel i believe confused confused confused confused   that was a joke its shaun rankin i believe who will be on it . 2 great chefs representing the south west and actually cooking there

aiden nothing against him

but nigel did really well last year

his dish of cod with tripe was the dish of the show for me

i hate tripe but that dish had my mouth watering it was so simplistic

im away to find it a pic of it or you tube.

I now know that some of the filming has already taken place, and the show should be broadcast at the end of april.
As you can gather I’m a big fan of Aidens food, thats not to take away anything away from Nigel,a really nice guy who
is a top notch chef and a very successful businessman.As I’ve said may the best man win.
One thing is certain this show has caught the attention of the viewing public big time

tom kitchin is back in for the Scots, he was out filming in December with my “pig man” Jim ironside, so his outside stuff has been filmed already,

i will be watching it when i can
