Our Client is one of Scotland’s premiere luxury hotels, offering an opportunity to join their team as Head Pastry Chef.
Our clients seeks a talented Pastry Chef, who has at least two years experience as Pastry Chef in either or 4-5-red star operation.
Heading a team of fours and responsible for two restaurants, banqueting for up to 300 40-50 afternoon teas.
The pastry chef is responsible for creating high quality in house products from home ice creams through to plated restaurant and banqueting desserts.
