Ingredients

2 lemons

85g icing sugar

60g melted butter

70g egg whites

85g flour

Recipe

pre heat oven to 220'C

beat icing sugar, egg whites, melted butter and lemon zest

mix in flour and chill mix

spread mix onto baking sheet

place in oven until golden brown round edges

remove from oven and roll round a rolling pin for classic shape
