my name is chefsass and its chef chefsass at work to my staff.

Boch dosent work for reliefchef.org its his own site mate.

The guys done his time in kitchens as an employee, he is now a relief/temporary/consultancy chef for a while now as his own business. TBH im not quite sure, But as Our Boch is opinated i'm sure he will be along some time soon to set the record straight.

Just dont really see the fascination with outing his alter ego if he has one.

Ok the comment is tongue and cheek I know, but I wonder why when Chef Hermes posts the whole of QH Surrey RT it? Yet why drive traffic away from their own site in favour of another, that's the bit I don't get.

Still good to see Caterer supporting Chef websites now, so when we have something new I'm sure they'll only be to happy to do the same!!!!!! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

do the caterer feed chef hermes the stories that they are too afraid to print ?? for example the 50 best restaurants story, the caterer could not report the early leak ( highly unprofesional) so they could pass it on to someone who could ?????

do i think it's boch i dont know who boch is, i am going to look at his profile :-)

re tweeting gets your message to thousands rather that hundreds if not more, if i have 10 followers and you have a hundred and you follow me. i tweet something and 10 people get it if you re tweet it your hundred people get it. if one of your followers pick it up and re tweet it there followers get it. so my message re tweeted can get to hundreds of thousands even though i only have 10 followers simply by re tweeting so the best way to promote something is to get people to re tweet it and the caterer combined must have thousands of followers.

Thanks Souffle

I use it as a marketing tool for me and the restaurant, so your answer gives me something to think about.

Would you retweet any old hash, or is it only something that appeals to you, and makes sense therefore you feel it desrves a wider audience.

TBH ive been so flat out recently i aint even had the time to read the peeps i follow tweets,
