Certianly not Tanners. Its a retirement sale! Try Tell yer mates! (Link Removed)

Edit by chef1 Nothing personal would be happy to allow this, if as as a member you had added content to the site, however if we simply allow people to post for what is personal gain we simply end up losing what makes this place what it is and it becomes nothing other than an advertising horrding sorry!

Good luck with the sale

The sale could be an opportunity for a young chef to experience business as a first time owner. Nothing more.

the fact that he's contributed nothing to the site. he's literally just signed up to sell something, which makes him equal to a spambot.

It is a tough one regular post no problem at all fill your boots and I wish Bistrowineman every success, but if we allow anyone to simply self promote we lose our community and become an advertising board

As I said good luck on the sale, sorry to be a jobs Worth!

As a veteran of many Restaurants, Bistro's, Pubs and Hotels over a 40 plus year working life, I need to retire gracefully! My feet ache! It will take some time, I have to be up-front and honest, I have to get to as many chefs, managers, prospective buyers as possible. This excellent organ can be of use to many a (young) chef looking for just that without the hassle of Estate Agents. I am a restaurateur employing (as I have all my working life) excellent staff, lecturing (this Monday to the Chef's Excellence programme in Plymouth City College) and next year at Uni of Plymouth. Never mind Wine Education, Mentoring and organising Wine Holidays. Back to work in a minute!
So onwards and upwards I say.
