that page is really poor. it doesnt provide anywhere near the information to make sense of what it actually does to the food.

i know, i couldnt work it out myself. there is literally no information there at all. strange way to sell products....

yeah, the information it gives is all basically PR.... but id want to know how it alters the meats cell structure like it claims. that could very easily be a bad thing or on the flip side an amazing new taste/texture.
