Social Media Competition Rules

  • Facebook and Twitter competitions are not sponsored by, endorsed, administered or in anyway associated with Facebook or Twitter. • A duration and closing date and time will be set - this will be in the original Facebook or Twitter post.  • To enter you must follow the competition instructions in full in order for your entry to be valid. • Any personnel who are employed by either The Staff Canteen or any company directly involved in the publication and distribution of the prize(s) cannot enter the competition and will find their entry invalid. • No entries will be accepted after the stated end time (UK time is always used) on the competition closure day. • The Staff Canteen will accept only one entry and in the case where two entries from one member are received, only the first entry will be valid, unless stated otherwise. • Winners will be drawn from a hat or judged by the Cookingtowers team on the agreed date and we will email/tweet/post winners names shortly afterwards. • It is your responsibility to check your email/our Facebook page/tweets to see if you have won. • The successful winners MUST contact The Staff Canteen by e-mail - [email protected] to accept their prize within 72 hours of their name's being announced and supply us with a full postal address and contact details. •Please note that Mainland UK postage will be covered by The Staff Canteen. Overseas postage will be charged at the standard rate. • If the prize is not claimed within the given time period a second draw will take place in the manner of the first and a new winner will then be chosen. • The Winner/s must fully comply with The Staff Canteen rules on competitions and by entering this competition you agree to do so. • All prizes are non transferable, cannot be sold, auctioned or swapped. • The Staff Canteen reserves the right to record the winners through pictures, video, other social media sources and use this material in future promotional activity.
