What can this job lead onto?

The Sous Chef is the Head Chefs assistant and is therefore the second in charge of the kitchen. As the Sous Chef, you will help run the kitchen, manage customer relations, plan menus and create schedules. This role will help to build the necessary skills needed to eventually become a Head Chef.
