- Meet the rest of the team at The Dog and Doublet:

Recently, The Stock People spent the day with Executive Chef of the Lewis Partnership and British Culinary Federation Chairman, Matt Davies and his brigade at the Dog and Doublet pub in Sandon, Staffs, as part of our #Cheflife series.

Discussing everything from Indian food, ketchup and childhood memories of curry powder in beans right through to kitchen mentors and his ethos of putting ‘aces in your places’, here we find a chef at the top of his game.

See him create Gressingham Duck Breast with Udon Noodles, Pak Choi and an Oriental sauce made using Essential Cuisine Beef Jus.
