Kikkoman, the world's leading soy sauce manufacturer is calling for professional chefs to take part in the annual Kikkoman Masters competition. All that is required for the competition is to devise a two-course menu utilising Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce.

The prize for this competition is incredible, you could win a 7-day trip to Japan!

Entries for the competition close on the 28th June 2019, with 10 successful entrants being invited to cook their dish at The Restaurant Show on September 30th, with the lucky winner scooping the incredible prize and being crowned Kikkoman Masters Champion 2019.

The judging panel for the competition this year includes Mark Edwards, Nobu; Adam Handling of The Frog by Adam Handling; Simon Hulstone of The Elephant; Pip Lacey, Chef Owner at Hicce; David Mulcahy, Sodexo/Craft Guild of Chefs, Brian Turner, CBE and Fergus Wilford, Gravetye Manor and Kikkoman Masters 2018 winner.
