SHARP’S BREWERY COMES TO OUTLAW’S AT THE CAPITAL

Michelin starred Outlaw's at The Capital has teamed up with Cornish brewer Sharp's Brewery to offer an exclusive dinner in the heart of Knightsbridge, to be held on Tuesday 14th March as part of London Beer Week.

Head Chef, Tom Brown, and Sharp’s Brewery's Beer Sommelier, Ed Hughes, have created a special menu for beer novices and connoisseurs alike; a unique experience where beer meets Michelin-starred seafood. The evening includes a welcome drink and canapé followed by a 5 course menu with paired beers, including the UK’s number one cask and bottled ale, Doom Bar*. Tickets are £60 per person and places can be booked by calling 020 7591 1202.

The evening will be hosted by Tom and Ed, who will be introducing each dish and complementing beer. Dishes will include Beer Cured Salmon paired with Chalky’s Bite and Cod and Ox Cheek Stew paired with Doom Bar.

Outlaw’s at The Capital, which opened in October 2012, is Nathan Outlaw’s only London restaurant, and was awarded its first Michelin star in 2013. Award winning Sharp's Brewery and Nathan Outlaw have a joint venture, The Mariners Public House in Rock, Cornwall, with food and beer matching at its heart.

Menus at Outlaw's offer an ever-changing selection of unique dishes, and Outlaw’s is particularly known for its seasonal seafood sourced primarily from Cornwall and the West Country.
