Bridor announces partnership with Michel Roux Jr and Frédéric Lalos.

Renowned Michelin starred Chef Michel Roux Jr will appear at Hotelympia on 29th February at 12pm to announce his partnership with Frederic Lalos on behalf of French bakery specialist, Bridor de France (Stand 1250).

The origin of the French word “copain” (“friend”) comes from the Latin “cum panem” or 'the person we cut bread with'. It is therefore fitting, that these two long time friends will be joining together to launch Lalos’ breads in the UK market.

The Bridor “Frédéric Lalos – Paris” range, is generous and made for sharing. Their shapes might be rustic and remind us of the breads of old, but their flavour is resolutely modern and mild with a slightly sweet taste.

Both Michel Roux Jr and Frédéric Lalos have determined that these breads can be shared by the whole family, from grandparents to grandchildren, at breakfast time or as an accompaniment to a traditional lunch or dinner.

Roux, a long time customer of Bridor and fan of the Lalos collection said:
“I’m thrilled to be a Brand Ambassador for both Bridor and the Frédéric Lalos – Paris collection. I use some of the range myself, and I look forward to showcasing the potential uses and possibilities this range offers to my industry colleagues.”

The “Frédéric Lalos – Paris” range is available from a number of wholesalers and distributors. For further distributor and pricing details please contact Bridor UK and Ireland on 01252 321 988 or e mail [email protected]
