ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL LAUNCH MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING VIDEO TRAINING SERIES FOR END USERS

Electrolux Professional has launched a video training series to help professional kitchens maintain and clean food service equipment as part of its on-going support to customers.
Developed specifically for end users, the video series will help Electrolux Professional food service customers, new and existing, maximise the performance of their equipment: if carried out properly, maintenance and cleaning can prolong the life of equipment and prevent potential breakdowns.
Electrolux Professional is the only company able to create complete, high performance kitchens combining best-in-class food service equipment with outstanding customer support. With over 70 years of experience in the industry the manufacturer is perfectly placed to promote maintenance and cleaning best practice, with a comprehensive product offering, from prep and cooking solutions to refrigeration and warewashing.
The video series includes demonstrations on the Electrolux Professional Combination Oven, Compact Line Griddle, HoodType Dishwasher and HSG Panini Grill.
Stuart Flint, Training and Business Development Manager at Electrolux Professional, who features in the video series, said: “We wanted to put together a series of videos that would help our customers understand how to really look after their equipment.
“Once you have invested in new kit there are a number of ways that you can help make sure it keeps running in pristine condition with cleaning and maintenance being key to this. It might sound obvious but it doesn’t always happen, so we want to ensure professional kitchens can benefit from the full lifespan of their equipment.
“We do of course offer customer training on all of our equipment but creating a video series means they can refresh their knowledge and train new staff regularly – not to mention that the videos will help to promote best practice across the foodservice community.”
Richard Flynn, Global Account Manager at Electrolux Professional, who also features in the video series, added: “I would always recommend to any chef that they make sure they and their team are making the most of new equipment, its functionality and are looking after it properly. Hopefully this video series will help them do so.”
