Connor is a very talented young chef, who has been with the Kirkstyle since we reopening in 2023. He had a hand in the design of the kitchen and recruited and built the team in the kitchen. He created the dishes and designed the menus, which he continues to develop and evolve, involving and empowering his team along the way. He is a master of his craft. Dedicated to Northumberland and the local rural area, he champions sustainability practices and continually researches new ideas. He manages his team with a calm confidence that inspires them to reach their full potential; which is reflected in the low staff turnover in the kitchen. He takes things in his stride and is genuinely a great guy and ambassador of the hospitality industry.
