David and the team at Catch at the Old Fish market work tirelessly to live and breath their ethos of being a sustainable business. Their story is compelling; They have our own day-boat (under 10m) and work with directly with the Weymouth fleet (also day boats) to ensure that all the fish they use is caught using sustainable methods (rod & line, pots etc). David and his team continue to advocate this practise by spending time and energy promoting it to others as a viable (and successful) way of operating sustainably.
