At the Schloss Roxburghe we utilise the 300 acres we have of woodland, parkland and rivers to source wild game and fish from our gamekeepers and ghillies. We also house 2 beehives and use the honey across multiple outlets and dishes, and we have a kitchen garden that grows most of the fruit and vegetables we serve in Sunlaws restaurant. As a resort we are ISO14001 certified.
