I’d love to nominate Seamus Sam for Chef of the Year. Seamus is an incredible chef, but what really stands out is the person he is. He brings so much passion, care and energy to the kitchen, always with a smile on his face. He has incredibly high standards, but he also knows how to make people feel supported and part of the team. His knowledge, creativity and consistency are amazing, and he gives so much to the restaurant every single day. He genuinely deserves to be recognised for everything he brings to the kitchen and to all of us around him.
