The Staff Canteen is excited to reveal a new collaboration between its Grilled podcast, and James Knight-Paccheco’s The Chef JKP Podcast, for 2024.

The collaboration will see James host The Staff Canteen’s Grilled podcast from January 11th 2024, featuring some of the world’s top chefs and hospitality professionals, set to be released on a weekly basis.

James is widely recognised internationally for his extensive professional career as a chef working with several internationally respected names including Raymond Blanc, Gordon Ramsay, and Andre Garrett.

He is also known for his notable national television appearances, consultancy work under his company Group JKP, and his successful The Chef JKP Podcast where he interviews chefs and key figures in hospitality.

James brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to Grilled.

Commenting on the announcement, The Staff Canteen’s Director and Founder Mark Morris said: "I’m excited about this partnership, I’ve been an avid listener of The Chef JKP Podcast and the opportunity to create a partnership with James was just too good an opportunity to miss, we are keen to keep moving Grilled forward and this is the next step."

James added: "The fact that we can collaborate not only from the UK, but also from the UAE, I think is quite an exciting relationship. At the same time, we have chefs all over the globe being able to listen to the podcast."

Listeners can catch James’ debut episode of Grilled featuring Thomas Allen, Chef de Cuisine for Dinner By Heston Blumenthal, on January 11th 2024, available on major podcast platforms.
