The Staff Canteen Awards — Hospitality, Powered by You

Launched in 2020, the TSC Awards are the only hospitality awards entirely nominated and voted for by our audience — no judging panels, no sponsor influence. In 2024, we saw 262 nominations across eight categories and almost 50,000 votes, with winners including Tom Aikens, Stevie Higginson, Pignut, Lee Mullen and Ursula Boardman.

This year, the live ceremony returns to Scotland House, London on Monday 10 November 2025, hosted by The Staff Canteen. From chefs and kitchen porters to hospitality heroes, we celebrate every corner of the industry.
