Who is chef Dario Carvalho, MasterChef: The Professionals 2021 contestant?
Introducing Dario Carvalho, one of 32 chefs taking part in MasterChef: The Professionals 2021, airing on BBC One every Monday, Thursday and Friday from November 8th through to December 24th.
Biography:
Born in Portugal to two professional chefs, Dario was always surrounded by the culinary world. He described how he used to follow his mum aroind the kitchen. He moved to England at age 12 and he has said "being a chef was always in the back of my mind."
He is currently a sous-chef at D&D's 20 Stories in Manchester, but previously worked for Duck & Waffle London and Casa do Frango.
