Introducing Enrique Diez García de olalla, one of 32 chefs taking part in MasterChef: The Professionals 2021, airing on BBC One every Monday, Thursday and Friday from November 8th through to December 24th.

Enrique is a sous-chef at The Frog by Adam Handling. As stated on his bio on The Covent Garden restaurant's website, Enrique became a chef because he saw it as the thing he was most able to do. He moved to London to pursue his dream of becoming a great chef.

Enrique impressed the chefs in both his skills test and the signature round, earning him a spot in the quarter-finals to cook for the critics on the BBC One programme on Friday, 3rd December 2021 at 8:30pm.
