We’re taking The Staff Canteen Live to NEC Birmingham and we’re bringing some of the finest Michelin-starred chefs in the industry with us.

Making our debut at The Hospitality Show 2015, we are looking to build on its rich culinary history, while adding a stimulating new dimension of kitchen demonstrations and advice from big name chefs.

Visitors to the show will be able to get up close to culinary masters including chef patron of Midsummer House, Daniel Clifford, executive chef Gary Jones and head pastry chef, Benoit Blin, both from Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and Michelin starred chef, Adam Stokes.

Mark Morris, Managing Director of The Staff Canteen, said: “The Staff Canteen live is a hugely exciting opportunity for our business, so the chance to take this feature into the Fresh Montgomery stable is a very exciting one for all the team. It’s part of our plans to develop our live events and expand into the face to face business arena."

He added: "The Staff Canteen Live at the Hospitality Show will deliver some of the UK’s very best chefs in an interactive format streamed live on YouTube, adding a real twist to the traditional chef demonstrations. This again places The Staff Canteen at the forefront of innovation.

The chefs will be regularly making their way into the audience, so not only can you see cooking at its finest, you can taste it too!

Each session will be streamed live on The Staff Canteen’s YouTube channel and will culminate by offering show visitors the chance to question the chefs on a range of food and cooking-related topics.

Toby Wand, Managing Director at Fresh Montgomery said: “The Staff Canteen Live is an exciting new feature for The Hospitality Show and a real coup for next year’s event. Not only will visitors get the unique opportunity to watch and learn from some of the best in the business – they will also be able to enter into a Q&A, to address some of their own challenges in the kitchen.”
