Iconic chefs to join Theo Randall to celebrate 50 years of Park Lane hotel
To mark 50 years of InterContinental London Park Lane, Theo Randall will be joined by iconic chefs Jamie Oliver, Angela Hartnett, Francesco Mazzei and Jacob Kenedy, for one-night-only.
Hosted at Theo Randall Cucina Italiana, the restaurant Theo has called home for nearly two decades as chef patron, the evening of Thursday, September 4 will bring together a group of chefs with deep professional ties and a shared passion for Italian cooking.
Theo worked alongside Jamie Oliver during his 15 years at The River Café, where he led the kitchen when it earned its first Michelin star in 1997. Jacob, Francesco, and Angela have each established themselves among the country’s foremost leaders in Italian cuisine.
The five-course menu, created collaboratively by the chefs, will be served at the event and will also be available throughout September at Theo Randall Cucina Italiana.
Proceeds from the dinner will support The Felix Project, a charity dedicated to reducing food waste and feeding those in need, which Theo has worked closely with for years.

Dishes to be expected on the menu include a trio of crudi from Jacob Kenedy of Bocca di Lupo with sea bream carpaccio with rosemary oil; bluefin tuna tartare with raw porcini and ovoli; and raw langoustine with thyme.
Angela Hartnett of Murano will do a seasonal salad made with summer produce featuring buffalo mozzarella and coco de paimpol. Handmade pasta will follow - Theo Randall’s Tortelli di Zucca con salsa ai funghi porcini - fresh pasta filled with delica squash and ricotta with porcini mushroom sauce.
For mains, Francesco Mazzei will serve Porchetta-style Suffolk red pork belly and for pudding Jamie Oliver will do his signature chocolate tart.
The evening's wine parings will be curated by guest sommelier Luca Dusi of Passione Vino, selecting premium Italian pours to complement each course.
On the event, chef patron Theo said: “It’s a pleasure to come together with friends and former colleagues alike to celebrate Italian dining and 50 years of InterContinental London Park Lane, in the place I have called home for the past 19 years.”
The dinner will take place from 6.30pm, costing £250 for the set menu. Click here to make a reservation.
