Chef Alyn Williams of Mayfair restaurant Alyn Williams at The Westbury is set to return with his collaborative dining event CHEFstock this April. Now in its third year, CHEFstock will once again see Alyn join forces with four internationally renowned chefs to create a series of one-off tasting menus every Tuesday throughout the month.

Each guest chef will design four unique courses for their evening, which will showcase their own culinary and cultural identity. This will be complimented by four courses from Alyn and served in the 50-cover restaurant.

Chefs partaking in CHEFstock 2016 are:

• April 5 - Marc Wilkinson, Fraiche, Oxton, UK
