Leading London restaurateurs Anthony Demetre and Will Smith have launched a new service for the restaurant industry called ADWS Consulting.

The pair between them own three of the top restaurants in the capital, including Michelin starred Arbutus and Wild Honey and have successfully worked together for 15 years.

And they plan to use their invaluable industry insight through ADWS Consulting which will provide professional advice, support and guidance for restaurants both new and established.

From helping to develop and launch a restaurant at creation, through to providing astute advice to ongoing businesses, Anthony and Will will offer a bespoke service to their clients, sharing their expertise and experience.

The duo first met at Putney Bridge Restaurant where Anthony was head chef and Will was restaurant manager and they did not have to wait long for widespread acclaim, earning a Michelin star within a year of opening.

They first went into business together in 2006, launching Arbutus in Soho which proved to be a huge success, winning many awards including a Michelin star within its first year. In the following year they went on to open Wild Honey in Mayfair before Les Deux Salons in Covent Garden.

It is safe to say Anthony and Will have the knowledge required to offer advice and will now consult clients on a whole host of thing such as finding and choosing the right sites, deciding on restaurant design, menu & wine list through to staff recruitment and health and safety.
