Tickets are now available for next month’s National Restaurateurs’ Dinner which will be hosted by Henry Brosi, executive chef at The Dorchester.

The dinner is a joint initiative of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, the Academy of Food & Wine Service and The Restaurant Association to raise vital funds for education and training programmes operated by each association.

Over the years, funds from the dinner have been invested in programmes such as the Annual Awards of Excellence, RACA Apprenticeships, Master of Culinary Arts, Sommelier of the Year, Restaurant Manager of the Year, Young Chef Waiter of the Year and the Big Hospitality Conversation.

With Henry hosting the show, the chefs’ team will be led by Martyn Nail, executive chef at Claridge’s. The team will include winners of the Master of Culinary Arts 2013 William Curley MCA (Patissier – Chocolatier, William Curley), Steve Love MCA (chef proprietor, Loves Restaurant), Jeff Galvin MCA (chef patron, Galvin Restaurants) and Jeremy Ford MCA (chef director, restaurant associates).

Tickets for the dinner will include a Champagne Moutard reception and a delicious four course meal, with wines matched to each course by the Academy of Food & Wine Service.

The event takes place at The Dorchester on Tuesday 8 April and tickets are priced at £160+VAT with discounts available when booking entire tables. To book simply email philippa.brady@bha.org.uk or call 020 7404 7744.
