Heston Blumenthal: The Fat Duck is better now than when it was voted the world's best restaurant

Heston Blumenthal, who this week saw his flagship three Michelin-starred restaurant The Fat Duck drop 20 places in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, has told BigHospitality he thinks the venue is better now than when it topped the list.

Kaspar's Seafood Bar and Grill opens today at the Savoy

Two and a half years after London’s Savoy hotel re-opened following a £220m facelift, the property is today replacing its fine-dining restaurant with a more relaxed dining space. Kaspar’s Seafood Bar and Grill opens in the space previously occupied by the French-focused River Room restaurant.
