Sergio Herman to close three-star Dutch restaurant Oud Sluis at end of year
Three-star restaurant Oud Sluis is closing its doors at the end of this year, owner and chef Sergio Herman announced on Monday.
'I have reached my limit both literally and figuratively,' Herman said in an interview on the restaurant's website.
