ETM group hires ex-Ivy chef to head up One Canada Square

Jamie Dobbin joins as head chef from the Club at the Ivy, where he was head chef for five years, since its opening in 2008. Prior to that he was chef de partie and then sous chef at the Ivy under chef director Tim Hughes.
