Nigella Lawson took cocaine and other drugs every day for years, court told


She is the impeccably connected journalist turned television chef whose gourmet recipes and flirtatious on-screen presence allowed earned her the nickname "domestic goddess" and generated a fortune estimated at £15m.  But yesterday a court heard that Nigella Lawson had become a daily drug user taking cocaine as well as class B drugs and prescription medicines over more than a decade.

Two new Roka restaurants coming to London in 2014


Roka, Rainer Becker’s contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurants, will open two new London locations in 2014.  Roka Mayfair will open in February followed by Roka Aldwych in the summer.

Christmas food NO ONE wants to find in their stocking


Turkey and gravy croissants, mint chocolate Pringles and mince pie crisps;
Some children moan about eating Brussels sprouts, and the odd curmudgeon isn't partial to Christmas cake or brandy butter, but most of us are in firm agreement about one thing when it comes to grub served up on 25 December: festive food is jolly delicious. Until now.
