Fish for your lunch with Butler’s Wharf Chop House

Following the news we brought you earlier this month of Gemma Hyjek becoming the new head chef of Butler’s Wharf Chop House we are now bringing you the news of their return to Thornwood Trout Lakes for their popular fishing trip.

Happening on the 30^th August the trip starts at Butler’s Wharf Chop House at 8am for coffee and pastries and following this, guests will be whisked away to Epping and the trout lakes for fly-fishing training followed by a tranquil fishing session.

For those who are skilled (or lucky) enough to catch a trout, will  watch it being prepared by Head Chef Gemma Hyjek, before enjoying it for lunch!

The trip costs £85 per person, including: transport to and from Epping; fly-fishing lesson; fishing fees; BBQ lunch and refreshments.
