Five top chefs will join Claude Bosi at Bibendum as part of London Food Month

The London Evening Standard has reported that five chefs will join former Michelin starred chef, Claude Bosi in his kitchen at Bibendum on June 27 for his Young Chef’s Dinner as part of London Food Month.

Chefs Alex Craciun, Sosharu; Chase Lovecky, The Clove Club; Peter Hall, Lorne; Conor Gadd, Trullo and Jack Cashmore, Anglo will be all be cooking a five course dinner under Claude’s supervision at the newly refurbished Bibendum next month during London Food Month.

Speaking to The London Evening Standard, Claude said: “They’re chefs who love the job, who take great delight in using seasonal produce, and who have got where they are because they put their heads down and work hard.”

Tickets for the Young Chefs’ Dinner are available on the website and cost £85 for canapés, amuse-bouche and five courses and £140 for a matching wines option.

Back in March it was announced that world renowned chef, Massimo Bottura would be opening his third Refettorio as part of London Food Month. Over 30 chefs from around the world have accepted an invitation to cook alongside the three Michelin starred chef including Alain Ducasse, Angela Hartnett, Claude Bosi, Brett Graham and Clare Smyth.
