Fletchers Public House to open in Grantham this October
Chef patron Adebola Adeshina will open Fletchers Public House in the heart of Grantham at the end of October 2025.
The new eatery will bring comforting British cooking and a warm, community-focused atmosphere to the Lincolnshire town.
Housed in a beautifully restored Grade II listed building, Fletchers blends old-world charm with contemporary touches. Inside, guests will find a cosy fireplace for the colder months, a courtyard garden perfect for summer gatherings, and an inviting menu celebrating seasonal British produce.
Ade said: “We’re thrilled to open Fletchers Public House here in Grantham. The town has welcomed us so warmly already, and we can’t wait to give back by creating a place where the community and visitors alike can come together over great food and drink.”
This new venture sits alongside his celebrated Chubby Castor restaurant as part of the Heritage Social group, offering a different style of dining while maintaining the same dedication to seasonality, provenance and hospitality.
A new chapter for Grantham’s dining scene
Fletchers Public House will serve classic British comfort dishes, refreshed with Ade’s signature seasonal flair and a focus on local ingredients.
The drinks list will feature carefully curated wines, local ales, and classic cocktails, creating a true all-day pub experience - whether guests drop in for a quick pint, a hearty family meal, or an evening with friends.
The venue’s sympathetic renovation pays homage to its historical setting while introducing the polished feel of a modern gastropub. Ade’s aim is to make Fletchers 'A pub for everyone.'
