It's that glorious time of year again (see what we did there) - a time where on the 12th August grouse is celebrated and restaurants cook grouse galore as the Glorious Twelfth marks the official start of the grouse shooting season.

Here's some of our favourite grouse recipes to help you if you're thinking about cooking this game bird for your diners:
