The collaboration will see one of the world’s most recognisable culinary brands join Clermont Hotel Group’s portfolio of landmark hotels. Together, they aim to create a new benchmark for hotel dining in London, combining Gordon Ramsay’s global reputation with CHG’s commitment to reimagining guest experiences.

While details of the first hotel site to feature Gordon Ramsay Restaurants under the Clermont Hotel Group's banner remain under wraps, the partnership is being positioned as a defining move in shaping the next era of hotel dining in London.

Growing global footprint

For Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, the agreement reinforces its strategy of expanding through flagship hotels and high-profile locations. The group, which already operates more than 60 restaurants worldwide, has been steadily building on Gordon Ramsay’s London legacy since the opening of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea in 1998, now one of the longest-standing three Michelin star establishments in the UK.

Recent years have seen new concepts launch across London and abroad, from casual dining outlets such as Street Burger and Street Pizza to international ventures in Dubai, Asia and the United States.
