Highly acclaimed boutique hotel chain The Zetter Group, have announced the temporary restaurant from Bruno Loubet, Grain Store Unleashed will close its doors on the 31st July 2015.

Bruno Loubet's temporary pop-up restaurant will then function as a light and airy dining space as an all-day cafe and restaurant for hotel guests and the public from breakfast until late. However, watch this space for a brand new concept coming soon.

Grain Store Unleashes is another joint venture between the chain, famous for its fashionable eco-hotels with their environmental credentials, and head chef Bruno Loubet. They already partner Bruno in both his Bistrot Bruno Loubet restaurant, in The Zetter Hotel and The Grain Store restaurant in nearby King's Cross. The new pop-up restaurant will occupy the same space as Bistrot Bruno Loubet and mirror The Grain Store concept.

Despite its emphasis on vegetable ingredients, the King's Cross venue is not a vegetarian restaurant but vegetables become the meals' prime focus instead of produce. It is this idea that chef Bruno hopes to take even further in the Zetter's pop-up during the brief time it is open.

Though the restaurant will close from the end of July, soon after then however, an entirely new restaurant idea will be announced.

Bruno Loubet said; “I'm really excited to pursue this direction of cooking that I have enjoyed since opening Grain Store. We are going to take risks and show what is possible with vegetables. With Grain Store Unleashed I will take the Grain Store style of cooking to another level.”
