Karl O'Dell is the head chef of Michelin-starred Texture in London

Before his role as head chef at Texture, Karl worked at some of the UK’s best restaurants, including award-winning Pétrus.

Cooking style

As he works closely chef-owner of Texture, Agnar Sverrisson, Karl's style of cooking has lots of Scandinavian influences and makes use of local produce.
