Harry Kirkpatrick announced as Head Chef of Michelin starred Trinity

Harry Kirkpatrick has been announced as the new head chef of Adam Byatt’s Michelin-starred Trinity restaurant in South London.

Harry's appointment follows the departure of Chris Bolan, who announced his depature from the restaurant after more than 10 years of service. 

In a post on his Instagram, Trinity’s Chef Owner Adam Byatt, said: “Trinity will welcome back the brilliantly talented Harry Kirkpatrick as Head Chef. Harry was our only choice for this role having mirrored my own apprenticeship at Claridges training under the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.”

Adam added: “Harry is one of those chefs you come across only a handful of times. An inspirational chef and leader, with a true passion for excellence, a love for produce and a future industry leader.”

Harry previously worked at the two Michelin-starred Alex Dilling at the Hotel Café Royal as senior sous after previously holding positions at the three Michelin Eleven Madison Park as well as the five-star luxury hotel Claridges in Mayfair, and Trinity at the beginning of his career.

Commenting on Harry’s return to the restaurant, Adam said: “I am delighted to welcome Harry back to Trinity to lead his kitchen team forward gastronomically and to mentor him into the restaurateur he will become, allowing him to grow our guest experience to be the very best it can be.”

“Welcome back young man. We missed you. X,” Adam concluded.

Harry’s appointment follows the departure of Chris Bolan who previously worked as the restaurant’s head chef.

Chris spent more than a decade at Trinity and is moving with his family from South London take up a new position in Leicestershire and Rutland.

In a post on his Instagram, Chris said: “After 10 years, the time has come for me to bid farewell to this truly special place.”
