Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and The Clermont Hotel Group have confirmed that Hell’s Kitchen will open in London in spring 2026.

The debut UK site will be housed within the Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch, marking the beginning of a multi-site partnership between the two groups.

The restaurant is inspired by the hit television series created by Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay. Designed as an immersive dining experience, Hell’s Kitchen combines the energy of the show with a modern food and beverage programme, bringing fire, theatre and bold flavours to the capital.

From Las Vegas to London

Since launching its flagship in Las Vegas in 2018, Hell’s Kitchen has expanded to eight locations across the United States and Europe, including Lake Tahoe, Southern California, Atlantic City, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Miami and Ibiza.

Together, they have served more than one million Beef Wellingtons – Gordon's signature dish that has become a hallmark of the brand.

The London opening will be the ninth venue worldwide, placing the UK capital alongside some of the world’s leading hospitality destinations.

The Cumberland Hotel: an iconic stage

The Cumberland is one of London’s largest hotels, with 900 bedrooms, extensive meeting and event facilities, and a reputation for celebrating the city’s music and cultural history.

Following significant investment, the hotel has repositioned its food, beverage and entertainment offering, making it a natural stage for the high-drama Hell’s Kitchen concept.

Pedro da Silva, general manager at The Cumberland Hotel, said: “We are very proud to be the first venue to welcome Hell’s Kitchen to the UK. We look forward to offering hotel guests and visitors alike a taste of Gordon's iconic dishes, all within our hotel.”

Fire, theatre and bold flavours

The London restaurant will feature an open kitchen where the brigade works in full view of diners, reflecting the drama of the television series. A striking bar will sit at the heart of the venue, with mixology designed to match the flair of the kitchen.

The menu will balance signature dishes with new creations for the London market. Classics such as beef wellington, seared scallops and lobster risotto will appear alongside desserts including sticky toffee pudding and apple butterscotch cheesecake.

On the drinks side, cocktails will range from contemporary signatures to theatrical serves. Highlights include Notes from Gordon – a mix of Plymouth Dry Gin, green tea, lemongrass, peach and lemon – complete with a personal message from Gordon. An extensive wine list will also be available, with bottles sourced globally to complement the menu.

A homecoming for Gordon Ramsay

Speaking about the project, Gordon said: “Bringing Hell’s Kitchen to the UK for the first time is an incredible full circle moment. London is where it all began in 1998, so this feels like a real homecoming. Hell’s Kitchen is about fire, theatre and bold flavours, and I can’t wait to share the signature dishes guests love alongside new creations, developed especially for London’s diners.”

A significant move for UK dining

The arrival of Hell’s Kitchen in London continues the trend of global brands choosing the capital for high-profile launches. Recent years have seen international operators expand into the city, adding to its reputation as one of the world’s most competitive restaurant markets.

For Gordon, whose UK portfolio already spans fine dining, casual brands and experiential venues, the Hell’s Kitchen concept brings something new to his home city – a mix of entertainment, performance and gastronomy that has resonated with audiences globally.
