Jeremy Trehout appointed Head Chef at Plateau

Chef Jeremy Trehout, who most recently worked with Michelin-starred chef, Pierre Koffmann at Koffmann’s, has been appointed head chef at the D&D London restaurant,Plateau in Canary Wharf

In his new role Jeremy will oversee the kitchen of the contemporary French restaurant, Plateau, in Canary Wharf, London.

Speaking of the appointment, Jeremy said: “I’m really excited about becoming head chef at Plateau! It’s such a beautiful restaurant and I look forward to welcoming both our regular guests, and also appealing to a new crowd with a few exciting changes to the menu.”

Situated in a prime fourth-floor location in Canada Place, Plateau specialises in French dishes with dramatic views over the spectacular glass structures of Canary Wharf.

Throughout his career Jeremy has worked at a number of high end French restaurants in London since moving to the capital in 2006 including the Bleeding Heart, La Petite Maison, Coq d’Argent and most recently working as head chef at Koffmann’s, run by Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann.

D&D London is a group of luxury restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris, New York and Tokyo. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants.
