Lee Williams, new features editor
The Staff Canteen is delighted to welcome on board a new member of the team, features editor Lee Williams.

Lee has a background in journalism and English teaching. He taught English as a foreign language in countries such as Turkey, Spain and Oman before re-training to become a journalist. As a freelance journalist he has been a regular contributor to The Independent and Positive News as well as other local publications.
On joining The Staff Canteen Lee said: “As a journalist and food obsessive the opportunity to interview top cheffing talent and report on the latest trends in the food world is a real dream role for me.”
Managing director of The Staff Canteen, Mark Morris said: “We are delighted to welcome Lee on board, and see the opportunity to both improve and expand our chef focused content, as key to our success and growth. We are excited about this chapter in our development.”
