TSC Award 2023 member of the year is DEMETRI NIKOLAIDIS

Originally Member of the Month in October 2022, Demetri Nikolaidis, is Sous Chef of The Hope and Anchor in South Ferriby.  The Hope and Achor offer a wide selection of classic pub foods as well as seasonal foods with fresh, local fish and meat – such as mussels, oysters, lobsters, prawns, fillets and ribeyes.
