To mark a decade since he purchased the Lympstone Manor estate, Michael Caines MBE is inviting guests to enjoy lunch at his Michelin-starred restaurant at 2017 opening prices.

This is a rare opportunity to experience fine dining at almost half the current cost.

From September 29th to October 8th (weekdays only), the celebratory lunch menu will be available at £45 for three courses or £55 for four courses. Normally priced at £90 and £115, the rollback gives diners the chance to revisit the opening-year value of Michael's cuisine.

Lympstone Manor also announced that it has recently joined The Stafford Collection.

A menu inspired by the Exe Estuary

The menu highlights the best of the South West’s seasonal larder, with dishes that reflect Michael's signature refinement and creativity.

Highlights include:

Guests can also add coffee and petits fours for £10 per person.

A decade of transformation

Speaking on the milestone, he said: “When I first walked through the doors of what was then Courtlands, I felt an immediate spark of inspiration and possibility. I knew this beautiful manor house overlooking the Exe Estuary could be transformed into something truly remarkable.

"Over the past decade, it has been a labour of love, restoring and refurbishing the manor with extraordinary craftsmen and women, and creating a home for exceptional food, wine, art, and hospitality. Today, Lympstone Manor stands as a celebration of that vision, and it fills me with pride to welcome guests to experience all that we have achieved together.”

Michael signed the deeds to the Grade II-listed property in September 2015, beginning a two-year restoration before opening Lympstone Manor in 2017.

Since then, the property has become one of the UK’s most celebrated country house hotels, featuring 21 individually designed bedrooms, six woodland shepherd huts, an outdoor heated pool, a tennis court, and a 17,500-vine vineyard producing award-winning wines.

The restaurant has held a Michelin star since its first year and boasts 5 AA Rosettes.
