Legendary French chef Yannick Alléno has announced plans to open his debut London restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane next summer.

Yannick currently operates fourteen restaurants across France, Monaco, Morocco, Dubai and Seoul which share 15 Michelin stars between them.

His restaurant portfolio includes three at Alléno Paris, two at L'Abysse and one at Pavyllon, which are all located within the Pavillon Ledoyen building in Paris.

Yannick first won three Michelin stars at the Hotel Le Meurice in Paris in 2007. His restaurant Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel also holds three Michelin stars.

The chef's all-day menu at the Four Seasons Hotel in London will offer his interpretation of modern French cuisine, which blends French techniques with British produce.

Yannick’s debut London restaurant follows the news that Björn Frantzén will launch Studio Frantzén at Harrods this month.

Björn’s restaurant is set to incorporate a restaurant, rooftop terrace and bar spanning two floors in a custom-built space, Studio Frantzén is presented as a neo-Nordic concept infused with Asian influences.

Björn heralds six Michelin stars across a growing empire of restaurants and culinary experiences with Studio Frantzén marking his exclusive entry into the UK dining scene.
