Masterchef's Monica Galetti will team up with former head chef at Gordon Ramsay's Claridges, Mark Sargeant and award winning Chef, John Campbell, for an unforgettable dining experience in aid of Hospitality Action.

For the exclusive three course dinner, BBC 2’s MasterChef: The Professionals, Monica Galetti will create a delicious starter dish. Mark Sargeant, former Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, will then take over to cook a mouth-watering main course.

Meanwhile John Campbell, of the Michelin star Woodspeen, restaurant, bar and cookery school in west Berkshire, will prepare the delicious dessert. Each of the chefs will be present on the night and will oversee the menu preparation.

Monica said: “I always enjoy cooking with my peers and to do so for Hospitality Action makes it all the more enjoyable. The charity helps those in the industry with a wide range of issues – from life changing illness to emotional wellbeing. The funds we raise will enable the charity to keep growing and I would encourage you to buy a ticket, or table, to what promises to be a very special evening!”

Mark Sargeant added: “The hospitality industry has been kind to Monica, John and I but there are many others who have not been so fortunate. I have high hopes that the evening will raise lots of funds for their good work enabling them to help even more people in crisis through no fault of their own.”

The Executive Chef of Brasserie Joël, Walter Ishizuka, will be supporting the event and will also prepare the evening’s canapés. The one-time fundraising event will take place on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.

Hospitality Action support those in the industry suffering from everything from illness to poverty. From January to November 2015, £562,325 was spent on helping hospitality workers.

Tickets are priced at £135 per person or £1,300 for a table of 10. To secure your place, contact Giuliana Vittiglio via fundraising@hospitalityaction.org.uk or on 020 3004 5504 or online at www.hospitalityaction.org.uk/events.
